وهذه صالة بلدية شاهين بيه، وبالنسبة للسوريين يذهب الخطيبان لإدارة الهجرة (الأمنيات) مع صورة عنوان النفوس (من إي- دولت) وصورة الهوية لكل منهما، ويصعدان للطابق الثالث للحصول على ترخيص الزواج (يشترط عزوبية الاثنين طبعا)،
ثم الذهاب لمستوصف المهاجرين لعمل فحص الزواج (سحب الدم)، والعودة بعد أيام لاستلام النتيجة ثم تصديقها من مشفى الدولة مع صورة شخصية،
ثم يذهبان مع ٤ صور شخصية لصالة النكاح لطلب موعد، بعد دفع ١٤٠ ل. ت رسوم
