Good hotel without wifi in rooms!?!

Dated swamped by 2 new hotels built recently directly infront. Clientele dominated by Germans & East Europeans definitely not 4star and definitely no longer sea front.

Great hotel with great stuff. We had wonderful time.....

Good hotel beach is nearby.lot of food and drinks!Good value for money.

I wad there with my family with 2 small children. Great beach for small children. Enjoyed pool and slides. Animation super. Lunch you can have also at beach. Gözleme amazing. Pide also. As turkish expectation is to find Turkish food however once a week is fully Turkish cuisine. Location good. No need to go to manavgat bazar. Prices same around hotel. Bim and Sok markets normal prices for anything. Don't go private markets.

Hotel staff: speaking only German and not useful. Minibar: see attached picture not for a 4 star hotel. Only one bottle of water and 4 peach brik juices. Room: furniture broken and old style. Old tv. Pool bar / Beach bar : serving cold drinks such as cola mixed with water. No variety of alcohol. No snacks. Drinks not fresh for example cola without gas. Food: breakfast no sweets in the morning, only salty options. Lunch and dinner: cold food and always the same, no variety. Cleaning service: no towel changing. Activities and fun: not available for young people. Position: nothing to visit, only resorts around. WiFi: not working, not able to contact anyone with different devices. Tour operator manager: we asked for his help, not willing to come and listen to our problems, he said to write him what were the issues and when we said we wanted to change hotel, he said that it was not possible and at the end he said that we had to do it by ourself. He was not available to solve our problems. It is not possible that if we as clients are not happy we have to find everything by ourself. He was not interested to provide a good customer service. Even though we paid him 50 euros for a trip to Antalya. So we booked another hotel and took our own taxi and went away. The hotel is not a 4 star at all. The holiday was not worth the money. Other people were complaining too. I don’t recommend to anyone this place.

Good hotel, pleasant service, clean. Nice swimming pool and the beautifull beach very close. Nice atmosphere. Definitely advise it. Especially good for family holidays.
