Şefkat ekspertiz aracı kazimadan boya değişen durumuna baktı ve ustası gayet güzel şekilde tane tane anlattı. Bu yüzden 5 yıldız.Oldukça işinin ehli bir firma.Fiyatları uygun ve çalışanlar yeterince bilgili ve ilgili.Gönül rahatlığıyla güvenebilirsiniz.
A few days ago, I came from Ankara to buy a vehicle for Maraş and came to an appraisal of compassion. Generally, I buy and sell cars and I am disturbed by the scraping of the car. Bizim düsturumuz başta ne alıcıya ne satıcıya taraf olmamaktır.kul hakkı mefumunu dilde değil ruhumuzda hissederiz. Şunu itiraf edeyim ki satıcının istediği gibi rapor vermiyoruz. En ufak kusuru rapor olarak sunuyoruz. Çünki bugün satıcı olarak gelen yarin alıcı olarak gelir. Arac hakkında iyi veya kötüdür diye yorum yapmayız. İşimiz yorum değil. En güvenilir şekilde rapor tanzim edip müşteriye sunmaktır. İdda ediyorum müşteriye bizim kadar ilgi, alaka ve hürmet gösteren türkiye de hiçbir ekspertiz yoktur. Bunu müşterilerimiz canı gönülden bize söylüyor. Bilinsin ki.. Ustalardn biri uygunsuz bir davranışta bulunsun(müşteriye karşı) o usta benim işyerimde birgün duramaz.

Some of our brothers made negative comments. But there is no truth to what you say. Our motto is not to be a party to either the buyer or seller. I'll admit, we don't report as the seller wanted. We present the smallest defect as a report. Because what comes as a seller today will come as a buyer tomorrow. We do not comment on the vehicle as good or bad. Our job is not to comment. It is the most reliable way to prepare a report and present it to the customer. I bet there is no expertise in Turkey, which shows the customer as much interest, concern and respect as we do. Our customers tell us this wholeheartedly. Let it be known.. If one of the masters behaves inappropriately (to the customer), that master cannot stay at my workplace one day.

I took my vehicle to the appraisal, after informing about the procedures to be done by the officials, they took it to the test band. Every detail was reported on the vehicle, down to the smallest detail. I have witnessed that a professional and personal service is being carried out, thank you.
