As an industrial site, this place is small and the workplace where construction mlz is sold is very expensive. E.g.Pergule Base is 25-30 TL, elsewhere between 15-20 TL.

Çıraklığını bitirememiş 30-40 yaşındaki kendini Usta sanan zavallı ustalar halâ daha çırak ! Çünki hep işin kısa yönüne kaçıyorlar ! Kafatasısı çok kalın ustalar bir araya toplanmış ! Bir seneden beri işim düşerse Balçova sanayiye gidiyorum.
Yes, it is a mediocre industry as hanfendin said. While repairing a part of your car, they spoil another part. The poor masters who are 30-40 years old who cannot finish their apprenticeship and who think themselves to be masters are still apprentices! Because they always run for the short side of things! The skull is so thick masters gathered together! If I lose my job for a year, I go to Balçova industry.
