I had an outdoor camera system made. I bought 2 cameras and the technical service dismantled it, repaired it and brought it back 354 TL service fee was taken. The warranty has not expired. The product receives and repairs are made with a fee, I do not recommend it to anyone. It is a company that does not stand behind the product it sells.

I met the Sedense family 5 years ago, I had alarms and cameras installed in my 2 houses and 1 workplace. We were planning to have a camera system installed in our workplace. It was a company we came across while researching on the internet in the Kocaeli region. Even though we had concerns, they helped a lot about the price and set up our system. Once again, we would like to thank the friendly staff and the company official.
