Ortası ince kenarları kalın yapıyorlar ve düzgün pişirmiyorlar. En güzel ekmekleri Tophane ekmeği diye düşünüyorum.
Trabzon is a rare bakery where you can find several kinds of bread, including lavash bread. Unfortunately, there is no oven in Trabzon which makes the Lavash bread beautifully. This is one of them. They make their thin edges thick and do not cook properly. I think the best bread is the Tophane bread.

As someone who has tasted Cheese and lahmacun. Their products are light and delicious. I especially recommend the lahmacun. It is the place to go in Aikece.

We ate Lahmacun and ground beef pita. It was nice. The oven was built in cafeteria style. When we went, it was hot because it was an oven top. It is a place to go daily as a venue. Sinks were clean. A place with many customers as a bakery
