★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aldığım ürün sorunlu çıktı. Arayip bildirdim geri dönüş yapacağız deyip bir daha da aramadilar telefonlarıda acmadilar. Bizzat dükkana gitmek durumunda kaldım. Derken sonradan öğrendim ki kartimdan 2 çekim yapilmis. Bunu duzeltmelri için eşim ayrı ben ayrı aradım geri dönüş yapacağını söyleyip bir dahada aramadilar. Telefonlarda açılmıyor. Mesajlar goruldugu halde dönüş yok.Dolandirici ciktilar. En kısa zamanda Tüketici hakem heyetine şikayette bulunucam. Maliyeyede bildiricem.
