The service is good until the return of the car. Firstly, instead of a new BMW, they gave it a crumpled and scratched one! Secondly, with an empty tank !!! But the most interesting thing began when the car was returned - price hikes and a disdainful attitude from the boss began. The staff tried to explain somehow - but the boss decided that it was not enough for him and clocked up the rent for a few more days. Because he wanted to, and not because there are norms and rules of European standards for car rental. I feel sorry for the manager, a good person, but he works for a person of mood, not a businessman. And yet, the money is taken in euros, the deposit is taken in euros, and when you rent a car, they will give you lira, and they didn’t care that you don’t need these lira, but you need euros !!! Horror!!!!
