The best quality products I know are here. 75-year-old butchers in Ankara but their roots in Istanbul are still active in Istanbul Karaköy for more than 170 years.

I guess their prices are slightly higher due to their self-confidence. It is a business that I have been shopping for for years and I love it.

Although I was a master cooker, the ribeye was hard on the lining, I cannot say that the other meat is good, the meat with a weight of 90 liras should have been softer, the prices are bulky, it is open to debate.

Employees are respectful and a workplace where hygienic rules are meticulously applied. If you want to know what you eat, I recommend you try this place, although I live in a different place, I go here to buy meat. Thank you to the owner and employees.

Kendi bildiği ve işine geldiği yerden değil size özel ürün anlayışıyla hareket ediyorlar. Paradan önce insan kazanmayı öncelemişler, bu çok belli. Başta Bayram bey olmak üzere çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve çok saygılı. Yaptıkları işi severek ve titizlikle hareket ediyorlar. Daha önce yapılan yorumlara bakarak alışverişe gelmiştim. Şimdi kendi yorumumu yapmayı borç bilirim. Bol kazançlar diliyorum.
A clean, friendly, hygienic and decent environment, Sebat butcher. Whatever meat you want, they prepare it with care. They act with a special product understanding for you, not from the place they know and work for. They prioritized gaining people before money, this is obvious. The employees, especially Mr. Bayram, are smiling and very respectful. They are passionate about what they do and act meticulously. I came here to shop based on previous reviews. Now I owe my own interpretation. I wish you lots of luck.
