★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar duyarsız ilgisiz oysaki üç belli başlı otomobil firmasının temsilcileri olan bir firmanın çalışanlarının çok ama çok iyi olması gerekmez mi ben bir otomobil parçası aldım bu firmadan bana kestikleri faturayı bile bir zarfın içine koyma zahmetinde bulunmadan faturayı elime tutuşturdular.oysaki nezaketen olsa dahi fatura bir zarfa koyulup müşteriye verilir ayrıca bir bardak su bile ikram edilmedi bırakın çayı kahveyi teklif bile yok .
 Employees are insensitive and uninterested. Shouldn't the employees of a company that are representatives of three major automobile companies be very, very good? I bought an automobile part from this company and they handed me the invoice without even bothering to put it in an envelope. It is given to the customer and not even a glass of water is offered , let alone tea and coffee , not even offered .

Aracımı bakımı yapılmış ve temizlenmiş olarak aldım Hatta birkaç ufak yerleri yardımcı olmak için rutus yapmışlar çok hoşuma gitti. Tavsiye ediyorum aracınızı gönül rahatlığı ile teslim edebilirsiniz..
I took my seat leon 2017 model vehicle to the service. Deniz was very helpful and caring. They were reasonably priced and cared for. I bought my vehicle as maintained and cleaned. They even made a rutus to help a few small places, I liked it very much. I recommend that you can deliver your vehicle with peace of mind..

Benimle ilgilenen Servis danışmanı Aytaç Baloğlu bey'e ilgisinden ve cana yakınlığından dolayı özellikle teşekkür ediyorum. Bakım dışında araç ile ilgili istediğim her kalemle tek tek ilgilenmişler.

I went to Mersin Seat Service for the first 15 thousand maintenance of my Seat Leon 2020 model 1.5 TSI vehicle. I was very pleased. I would like to especially thank Aytaç Baloğlu, the Service Consultant who took care of me, for his interest and friendliness. Apart from maintenance, they took care of every item I wanted about the vehicle one by one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Наверное, я единственный человек, который оставляет отзыв не про покупку или ремонт автомобиля. Сотрудники очень внимательные и дружелюбные, помогли решить мою небольшую проблему, угощали чаем и отказались от денег.
Если так же они относятся и к тем клиентам, которые приносят им деньги (и покупают машины), это просто прекрасно.
I'm probably the only person who leaves a review not about buying or repairing a car. The staff are very attentive and friendly, helped solve my little problem, treated me to tea and refused money.
If they treat those customers who bring them money (and buy cars) in the same way, that's just fine.
