★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç memnun değilim kardeşim ilgi alaka hiç yok periyodik bakım ve arka balata cam silecegi değişti 1.700 TL. 1 bardak çay bile içirmediler. Sadece çalışan yunus beye teşekkür ederim. Yarın ilk işim SEATı satmak olacak. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Özellikle de servis hizmeti rezalet.

Bir daha araba almayacakmıyız sanki. Yada tavsiye etmeyecek miyiz çevremize. Etmiyorum...... Memnun kalmadım...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bence müşteri ilişkileri yeterince özenli değil, sanki sorsun sorusunu da gitsin altı üstü sıfır araba ne kadar kötü olabilir ki? Diye düşündüğünü hissettim satış temsilcisinin. O da ne yapsın satış yok denecek kadar az. Mağaza boş canı sıkılmış olsa gerek. Ama daha satmak istiyormuş gibi yaklaşması belki müşteriyi ikna edebilirdi. Neyse seat arona yurdum insanı için ideal ancak araçtan teknoloji bekleyenler biraz daha düşünsünler.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sakın ola ki yetkili servise güvenip araç almayın, 11 kez aradim, 30 dakikaya yakın telefonda bekledim bir türlü istediğim birime ulaşamadım, Doğuş otomotive yaşadığım sıkıntıyı yazacaktım vijdanim elvermedi.
Bu yetkili servis yüzünden aracımı satacağım
Do not trust the authorized service and do not buy a car, I called 11 times, waited on the phone for almost 30 minutes, I could not reach the unit I wanted, I was going to write to Doğuş Automotive, my conscience did not allow.
I will sell my car because of this authorized service
