Hello, First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ramazan from the Road Assistance Team and Mr. Ali, the Customer Advisor, for their interest and helpfulness, and also to my Volkswagen Caravelle 2010 Model Vehicle, Due to Mechatronics Failure for 1 Year As a mechanic I did not call, there was no place I did not ask, and most of the services I went to were not interested. I would like to state that my vehicle has been lying in front of my house for 1 year, they helped Alvin Automotive within 3 days after I delivered it, and they delivered my vehicle in a working manner.
