★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yol henüz yok toprak yol var, ama tam önünden bulvar geçecek ileride. Fiyatlar çok uygun bir de civardaki 1+1 residancelara göre evilerin içi daha büyük ve ferah. İstasyon cephesine bakan daireleri kaçırmayın derim, diğer cephe o kadar iyi değil.
There is no road yet, there is a dirt road, but ahead of the boulevard will pass. The prices are very affordable and the houses are bigger and more spacious than the 1 + 1 residences in the vicinity. I say do not miss the apartments facing the station facade, the other facade is not so good.
