A Great Company and great Team! SD City has set a new standard in estate agency. They always have someone who speaks English and they know legal procedure very well. I can confidently recommend Mahmut Dinar who director of SD City as well. He Understanding our needs better than we did and he was extremely polite, professional, sympathetic. He proceeded to market our property, using a professional photographer, he showed our home in its best light. He showed prospective buyers round and gave us useful feedback following each viewing. He found our buyer in a few short weeks and from then on he managed our sale and everything was done so quickly i never had to chase anything . Communication was excellent and i was able to text or phone outside of normal working hours. We had hiccups as all house sales do, but honestly without Mahmut there to guide and support us I doubt we would have successfully moved at all. I highly recommend the SD City to anyone and would like to thank you for such a great service.
