★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tencere ve kapağın uyumsuz olduğu anlaşılınca ürünü fabrikasına gönderdiler. 20 gün sonra aynı uyumsuz ürün geri gelince başlangıçta benim önerdiğim "mağazadaki uyumlu bir kapağın bana verilmesi" çözümünü (!) uyguladılar. Sorulunca politikamız böyle dediler. Kendileri zorda kalınca politikanın dışına çıkılabiliyormuş demek ki. Öğrenmiş olduk. Öğrendiğimiz başka bir şey de ne mağazanın ne de fabrikasının müşteriyi umursamadığı... Kendi adıma Schafer'ın önünden bile geçmemeye söz verdim.
When it was found out that the pot and lid were incompatible, they sent the product to their factory. When the same incompatible product came back after 20 days, they applied the "give me a compatible cover in the store" solution (!) That I originally suggested. When asked, they said this is our policy. It means that when they are in trouble, they can get out of politics. We have learned. Another thing we learned is that neither the store nor the factory cares about the customer ... For myself, I promised not to even pass Schafer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çeyiz için bir sürü ürün aldık, güya eve teslim edilecek dediler. Kargo firması arayıp kata teslim olmadığını söyledi. Firma ile bu şekilde anlaşıyoruz ve firma bunu kabul ediyor dedi.O kadar ağır yemek takımı kolisini ve diğer 6 koliyi tek tek kendimiz taşıdık eve. Alışveriş esnasında bu durum bize iletilseydi en azından firmadan alıp taşımak daha kolay olurdu. İnsanları zor durumda bırakan çok anlamsız, çözülmesi gereken bir sorun bu. Aksi takdirde tekrar alışveriş yapmayı düşünmem bile..
We bought a lot of products for the dowry, they said it will supposedly be delivered home. He called the cargo company and said that he did not deliver to the floor. This is how we agree with the company and the company accepts it. We carried the heavy dinner set and the other 6 parcels to the house one by one. If this situation was conveyed to us during shopping, it would be easier to at least take it from the company and carry it. This is a very meaningless problem that leaves people in a difficult situation and needs to be solved. Otherwise, I wouldn't even consider shopping again.

İki kere aramama rağmen yarın yola çıkıyor diyerek oyaladilar. Ürün kalitesi ile alakalı bisey söylemem ama mağaza çalışanları çok lakayt
Although they said they would deliver the product I bought in 1 week, they delivered it in 3 weeks.
Even though I called twice, they lingered saying it's leaving tomorrow. I don't say anything about product quality, but store employees are very indifferent.
