A part of the juicer I bought 2 years ago broke 10 months ago and they keep us busy because spare parts are not available for 10 months. No response to e-mails, the store sends us because we can't do anything. Our product is idle. We have been waiting for 10 months even though we will buy the spare part with money. Think twice before buying a product. I experienced these when I was a regular customer of this store.
