★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys there served me cold, smelly chicken. It didnt smell of the spices instead there was a dreadful aroma of raw chicken. The “large portion” of chips was half full and I was rejected when I asked for it to be topped off. When we complained the half bold manager had shouted, “we didnt force you to buy it...”. Then he started getting aggressive and threatened to get out the shop... whatever that meant. Instead of apologising the manager started to argue about his “15 years experience”, from which he definitely did not learn a thing about customer satisfaction. The employees were also aware of the poor hygiene and they had been instructed to not throw away old food. When you spend 35lira for 8 wings and “large chips” you expect better.
