★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne zaman gelsek ya pizza hamuru yok ya malzeme yok. Saat 17de gelip pizza yemek istiyorum malzeme yoj deniyor. Daha akşam bile olmadan yok denmesi yeterince saçma iken pizzanın kağıt gibi ince yapılması ve bundan dolayı pizzanın sert olmasi da cabası. Ek olarak yarım saat kadar sürüyor servisi. bu şube gerçekten kötü.
Every time we come, there is no pizza dough or toppings. I want to come and eat pizza at 17 o'clock, the material is called yoj. It is absurd enough to say that it does not exist even before the evening, not to mention that the pizza is made as thin as paper and therefore the pizza is hard. In addition, the service takes about half an hour. This branch is really bad.

Although there was no queue, they didn't take our order for 15 minutes, then we waited for 2 pizzas for 30 minutes, although there were no other customers, thank you sbarro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verdiğimiz siparişin 20-25 dakikada hazır olacağı söylendi. Defalarca sormamızdan sonra tam 45 dakikada ancak çıktı. Bizimle beraber turistler dahil olmak üzere çok kişi bu durumdan şikayetçi idi. Bir daha asla Terracity ve diğer şubelerine uğramam. Tavsiye etmiyorum.
We were told that our order would be ready in 20-25 minutes. After asking many times, it came out in exactly 45 minutes. Many people, including us, were complaining about this situation. I will never visit Terracity and its other branches again. I do not recommend.

It's a great place with incompetent staff. I don't understand how it takes 30 minutes to order a small pizza. It would have taken an hour if I had not stood over them.

We ordered pizza to eat something quickly, we waited for more than 30 minutes and the ingredients we wanted were missing. Also, we watched their kitchen while we were waiting, don't order takeaways from here.
