Salonu 39 m2 ile ferah bir yaşam alanı mevcuttur. Ortak kullanım alanı ve sakinliği ile Çamlık Mahallesi'nde başkaca bir emsali bulunmamaktadır. Yüzme havuzu ve kapalı otoparkı yoktur ama diğer artıları ile huzur içinde yaşanabilecek, ayrıcalıklı bir sitedir. Manzarayı söylemeye gerek yok, gelip görmeniz gerekir. Sakin ve huzurludur.
5818 m2 land on 6 floors, 3 blocks, 12 blocks in total each of the 36 apartments are located in the site. Only 4 + 1 type apartments are 175 m2 net. The living room is 39 m2 with a spacious living area. There is no other precedent in Çamlık Neighborhood with its common area and calmness. There is no swimming pool and indoor parking, but it is a privileged site that can live in peace with other pros. Needless to say the view, you should come and see. It is quiet and peaceful.
