The staff was very good, the service was fast, although the kebab was not very tasty, it was very good. but the salads and appetizers were sloppy. It created the feeling of waiting for a long time. We were waiting for a tablaci salad. There was no room. The cooked onion was tasteless. It would be more delicious if the wrap was eaten instead of serving.

It's a nice place as a place, the staff are friendly, but the food is very bad. We came for iftar with my boyfriend, hair and bone came out of the kebab. Salads were wilted and appetizers were not good. I do not recommend it, I did not like it at all.

As a family of 4, we ate Adana kebab one afternoon in March. Kebab wasn't bad. The price was reasonable. The salad was fresh, it was good, but the onions with sumac were less. I did not like the only lahmacun served before the kebab. It was salty and dry, like it was heated. The bread was kebab pita but it wasn't soft. I broke 1 point from lahmacun. 1 point because the bread is not soft. In my opinion, the second most important issue in an Adana kebab shop is whether the kebab bread is soft or not.

It is a decent place where we can eat Adana kebab without going to Adana. I would like to thank Saygın for keeping this quality alive in Mersin.

The price is way too high for a wrap. If the iwan was close, we wouldn't want it here anyway. In addition, there was no service under 100 liras, they kindly sent it. I do not recommend. First of all, the interest and relevance of the staff is very good, but it would be better if they showed a little more attention to the mask issue during the pandemic period. Sauteed Meat in the Casserole is very tasty and well presented, and the chicken shish and hummus also taste good. The hummus comes in a casserole. They serve salad, pate, yoghurt, casseroles, arugula and pickles as appetizers and they are very successful in appetizers (Humus is extra). The prices are now at the market level, even they offer the same quality as the luxury kebab shops in Mersin at a more affordable price. Saygın Kebap is one of the rare kebab shops I like in Mersin. Hope they don't spoil their quality in the future...
