Siparişinizi stok varmış gibi alıp, size hiçbir bilgilendirme yapmadan günlerce sipariş bekletip siz aradığınızda ancak stok yok bilgisi verip iptal sağlayan, para iadesini de 1.5 aydır yapmadı hala. Yine ben arayınca dün yapıldığı, üç güne de aktarılacağı söylendi. Nasıl oluyorsa. Bu kadar kötü çalışan bir yayınevi ilk kez görüyorum. A decent business. Definitely not customer friendly.
