★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yazik bu insalara ya alis veris yapiyoz saniyorlar ama bilmiyorlarki kul hakkindan baska birsey almiyorlar . Ozellikle ustune basa basa basa sorduk birsey dokulse leke tutarmi diye daha biz soruyu bitirmeden yemine tutuldu kesinlikle hayir diye .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünü satana kadar hiçbir problem yok... fakat sonrası tam rezillik... ürünü şubeden aldık eve gelince halının saçağında problem vardı hem getiren hemde satan beyfendi hemen hallettiriyoruz dedi 2 ay oldu arıyoruz dönüş bile olmuyor... Bizde Allah’a havale ettik...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Patchwork halımız yırtılmıştı. Elden geçirilip dikilmesi için mağazaya bıraktık. Halıyı almak için aradığımda halının olmadığını halıyı bulamadıklarını söylediler.
Onun yerine istediğimiz yeni bir patchwork halıyı alabileceğimizi söylediler. Mağazaya gidip istediğimiz halıyı aldık. Mağazanın bu müşteri memnuniyet odaklı yaklaşımı beni çok mutlu etti. Başta Basri bey olmak üzere mağaza çalışanlarına teşekkür ediyorum.
Our patchwork rug was torn. We left it in the store for overhaul and sewing. When I called to get the carpet, they said they couldn't find the carpet.

Fiyatını öğrenmek için içeriye girdim. halinin fiyatını öğrenebilir miyim diye sordum. Satıştaki bey. Üstüme bakıp size uymaz o halı dedi. Nasıl yani uymaz deye sorunca , siz alamazsiniz o çok pahalı bir halı deyip dalga geçti. Beni kapıya doğru uzaklaştırdı. Bu üslup beni rahatsız etti. Oysaki oradaki bütün halıları alacak param vardi. Ordan artık bırak halı almayı yanından bile geçmiyorum.. alacak arkadaşlarımı da engelliyoeum

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dükkan güzel ilgi güzel otopark derdi yok halılar da problem yok ömürlük güzel halı veriyorlar ama satış sonrası sizi üzüyorlar sallıyorlar başlarından genel anlamda ürünler güzel ama bu paralara da bu halılar alındı mı satış sonrası destekte problem yaşamamak lazım

Tarz, doku, ebat konusunda cok genis bir skalaya sahipler...Isteyip de bulanayacaginiz hali yoktur.
Firma sahipleri gayet durust ve isinin ehli insanlar olup , calisanlari da oldukca kibar saygilidir.
Gercekten evladiyelik hali almak isteyen herkezin mutlaka bu magazayi ziyaret etmesini tavsiye ederim....
