Alt yapı yetersiz..Kocaeli , Gölcük depreminde burda bir sitede oturuyordum. O deprem oturduğumuz sitede çok ciddi çatlaklar oluşturdu..İstanbul depremi düşünemiyorum. Üniversite ve 3.köprü nedeni fiyatları uçurdu... Abartılı düzeyde..Son senelerde trafikte de ciddi sıkıntılar artti..Bu bölge yoğunluğu trafiği çok etkiledi. Yani kısaca nedenlerim çokk....

Kocaeli, Gölcük earthquake was sitting here on a site. That earthquake has created very serious cracks on the site we sit .. I can not think of the Istanbul earthquake. University and the reason for the 3rd bridge blew up prices ... Exaggerated level .. In recent years, serious troubles in traffic has increased .. This region has affected a lot of traffic density. So in short, my reasons are many ....
