S	Serkan İbis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 gün kaldık çok sıcak bir ortam var. Gelmeden yorumlara baktım bu ölçekteki otellerin bu hizmetleri vermesi gayet normal. Gitmenizi tavsiye ederim. Odalar normal. Personel güler yüzlü. Yemekler iyi. Kayak merkezine 1 km falan. Kayak takımı kiralaması otelde mevcut. Şahsi fikrim alkolde olmasa daha güzel olur. E	EVREN OZKAN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 yasinda oglumla 24 Subat-1 Mart 2019 tarihinde kaldigimiz otelde ilk girdigimiz gece bize verilen odada ses geldigi icin degisiklik rica ettik,resepsiyon gorevliisi cati katinda hic isinmayan bir odayi teklif ettiginde ufo ile isitiriz yeter ki sessiz olsun diyerek kabul ettik, eetesi sabah 7 de catidaki kuslarin gurultusuyle uyandik..sanki catida insanlar vuruyor gibi gurultu vardi kaldi ki ufo yu butun gece yakmak hem gehlikeli hem havayi kuruttugu icin inkansiz..sabah eski odamiza geri donelim dedik yok baskasina verdik dediler baska oda yok mu dedik size uygun yok deyip kestirip attilar.4 gece son derece rahatsiz oldgumuzu bile bile ustelik baska oda oldugu halde yalan soyleyerek bizi o buz gibi odada kucuk cocukla yatirdilar.Yillardir ailem bu otele gelir bu inlk gelisim ve mutlaka son gelisim oldu. Gece 1 e kadar sesler kesilmedi .odayı geçtik ,sesler koridorlarda da çok rahatsız edici boyutlara ulaştı .sürekli Gülen bağıran kadın erkek sesleri .Yani grup kabul edilen biryerde kalmak kesinlikle sorun .Resepsiyona uyarmaları için rica etmek zorunda kaldık . Bu kalan kişilerin adab ve edebiyle de alakalı ama , yinede otelin biz uyarmadan bunu sağlaması gerektiğini düşünüyoruz .
