Kadın personelinden bir tanesi müşteriye bağirarak, hakaret ederek, suçlayarak ki haklı olduğum halde 1 hafta önce almiş olduğum, bir kez giydiğim feracenin dikişleri patladi. Ve bu ürünü bana kendisi tavsiye edip satmıştır. Ürün değişimi için bugün gittiğimizde eşime ve bana uygunsuz davranışlarda bulunmuştur. Tüketici olarak 14 günlük iade hakkım varken bana kendince prosedür uygulayarak mağdur etmiştir. Kesinlikle bu mağazadan alışveriş yapmanızı tavsiye etmiyorum önce iletişim önce üslup önce saygı lütfen. Bu konuda personelinize eğitim veriniz. Problemim çözülmediği sürede tüketici haklarına bildireceğim.
