Place is close to airport, Forum Mall is 5 mins walking.
Easy transportation to Trabzon square.
Ismail helped us a lot in arranging our trips to uzungol and Ayder.. Also with recommendations of places there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is great there! Extremely clean, small kitchen on balcony, very nice guy in reception, close to trabzon forum (700 meters by walk) and good access to city center (less than 10 min by car). Seems that building is new. Price is really good. I will come again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is good, close to forum mall and airport. Also easy to go to the center. Breakfast is very simple but is good to have it. The apt was comfortable but people smoke inside and obviously someone was smoking there before my stay. This wasn't ok.

The host Ismail was super nice and friendly.
However, the room had cigarette smell, no hot water kettle, dusty floor, zero room service (no towel changes, no room cleaning and no one make the bed).

So I visited and it is not what it supposedly shows, like what they call a kitchen is really, really minimal space with a hot plate, a few utensils, and a very little counter. Views were not as described. It was dismal and nowhere I would recommend.
