★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar çok güzel ferah ve temiz , termal su 43-44 derece sıcaklıkta , havuz ve termal alan tertemizdi , 2 yaşında oğlum ve 4 yaşında kızımla mini kulüpte çok eğlendik , boyama yaptılar. Yarım pansiyon konaklamada sabah kahvaltısı aldık yeterliydi , akşam yemeği az çeşit ama lezzetliydi . Fiyat - alınan hizmet oranı mutluluk verici bir işletme. Yaz aylarında dış aquapark ve havuzlar için geleceğiz.
 The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean, the thermal water is at 43-44 degrees, the pool and the thermal area were clean, we had a lot of fun in the mini club with my 2-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter, they painted. We got breakfast in half board accommodation, it was enough, dinner was less variety but delicious. The price - service ratio is a pleasing business. We will come for the outdoor aquapark and pools in the summer.

Sarayhan Hotel, where I stayed for 2 nights on my way back from Ankara to Hatay, was great, I recommend it to everyone, it was perfect from the staff to the rooms to the food, the hygiene rules were followed, I did not see any negativity except the loud shouting of the children of the other guests in the hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are okey but this hotel/spa real purpose is wellness thermal pool. So dress changing rooms are terrible, massage rooms are terrible. pools are small and very very small areas, no fresh air inside the rooms. we went there for health reason, for pain relief to use natural wellness and massage and pools. It didn't serve well, so will choose another place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very comfortable and have a very good space. However, my experience wasn't so good maybe because of Covid19.
The hotel used to have separate swimming pools for men and women but they had closed them and kept just the mixed swimming pool.
The food wasn't rich, it was ok but nothig special.
The Internet WiFi was sooooo slow i couldn't use it at all.
The prices are suitable and acceptable, for example i went with my wife and my 4 kids and paied about 2000 TL.
I'll give it another chance after Covid19 InshaAllah.
