★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ölçü almaya 2 kez söz verip gelmediler. 6 adet jakuzili getirmek için iki kez randevu verip gelemediler 3.de geldiler. Jaluzileri getirdiklerinde 2si bozuk 2 si kısa idi. Değiştirmek için 2 hafta sonra döndüler. Gelenler de sorunlu idi. Sonra 3 güne halleşeceğiz dediler ve tam 3 hafta sonra geliyorum diye arayıp yine gelmediler:) Şaka gibiler. En son gelin alın dedim ve söküp gittiler. 7 hafta sonra gelinen durum. Esnaf, söz, randevu, uygun ürün vb bu firmanın özellikle de Ömer beyin literatüründe maalesef yok. Yolları açık olsun.
They promised to take measurements twice and did not come. They couldn't make an appointment twice to bring 6 jacuzzis, they came on the 3rd. When they brought the blinds, 2 were broken and 2 were short. They returned 2 weeks later to replace it. Arrivals were also problematic. Then they said that we will take care of it in 3 days and they called me because I am coming exactly 3 weeks later and they did not come again :) They are like a joke. Lastly, I said come and get it and they ripped it off. The situation after 7 weeks. Unfortunately, there is no tradesman, word, appointment, suitable product, etc. in the literature of this company, especially Ömer Bey. May the roads be open.
