★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kayseri'de güzel bir esnaf lokantası. Sulu yemeklerde senelerdir özlediğim lezzetde. Özellikle kuyruk yağlı bamya çorbasını kesinlikle tadın. Fiyatlarıda oldukça makul. İki çorba, etli nohut, bulgur pilavı, kaymaklı ekmek kadayıfına 37 tl ödedim. Kadayıf mükemmel diyebileceğim kadar iyi idi.
A nice artisan restaurant in Kayseri. It is the taste I have been missing in juicy dishes for years. You should especially taste okra soup with tail fat. Prices are quite reasonable. I paid 37 TL for two soups, chickpeas with meat, bulgur pilaf, and cream bread kadayıf. Kadayıf was as good as I can say perfect.

Ibrahim Usta is a legend. It is one of the precious restaurants of the bazaar that should definitely be visited with its smiling wife. I can say that it is the best among the bazaar restaurants for years with its very affordable, clean, delicious food. Thank you, master Ibrahim ❤

The delicious meals of İbrahim Usta, one of Kayseri's precious and valuable masters. The interest is already number one and you can't find the dishes anywhere else. Make sure that even your grandmother can't make chickpeas like this :) I pass by İbrahim Usta in Kayseri alone. But don't be late, the food ends now
