Kasada laf söylememek için zor sabrettim.Kurumsal hiçbir mağazada böyle bir durum görmedim. Bu hanımı çok sevdiğim Collins mağazalarına yakıştıramadım.Ses tonu da son derece iticiydi..
 The short-haired lady Arzu, whom I guessed to be the Store Manager, was scolding the employees by insulting them in front of the customers. I had a hard time not to say anything at the checkout. I have never seen such a situation in any corporate store. I couldn't fit this lady in the Collins stores that I love very much. Her tone was also extremely repulsive..
