It is located in the City Hall Square. According to its inscription, Hajri was built by Silahtar Mehmet Ağa in 1163 (Miladi 1750). The book of Evliya Çelebi and the list of works of Mimar Sinan are shown in Tezkeret listul Ebniye as the work of Mimar Sinan. In this case, the mosque was first built by Mimar Sinan in the 16th century and rebuilt by Silahtar Mustafa Ağa with the destruction of this mosque. The rectangular planned mosque's northern façade is made of pointed cradle vaulted shops and the mosque is entered through the door on the eastern front. In front of the door is a crib vaulted portico with 3 openings with 4 arches. There is a high basement floor below the terrain. Cutting stones in the corners, 3 rows of brick and 4 rows of rubble stone were used on the body walls. The first windows of the mosque are deaf-pointed arched and rectangular-shaped, stone-walled, 2nd-order windows with pointed arches and gypsum-grid. There are fountains with pointed arches adjacent to the south and east facades of the mosque. The southeast corner is beveled. There is a stone minaret with a cylindrical body and a cut stone square pedestal in the northwest. It is covered with a flat wooden roof and an external roof. Hedgehog is fringed.

On altıncı yüz yılda yapıldığına dair rivayetler olsada on sekizinci yüz yılda inşaa edilmiştir. ...
It appears in this city as one of the historical buildings. Although there are rumors that it was built in the sixteenth century, it was built in the eighteenth century. It can be called the brother of Beyazit mosque in the opposite cross. In fact, it is the mosque of a complex of baths and madrasas. ...

According to the inscription, the Saraçhane Cami mosque was built in 1163 Hijri (1750 Gregorian) by Silahtar Mehmet Ağa. Evliya Çelebi's travel book and Tezkeret'ül Ebniye, which lists the works of Mimar Sinan, are considered to be the work of Mimar Sinan. In this case, the mosque was first built by Mimar Sinan in the 16th century and rebuilt by Silahtar Mustafa Ağa after this mosque was destroyed. Since shops with pointed barrel vaults were built on the north facade of the rectangular mosque, the mosque is entered through the door on the east facade. In front of the door there is a barrel-vaulted portico with 3 openings with pointed arches supported by 4 columns. In the lower area there is a high basement due to the high slope of the property on which it is located. Cut stone was used in the corners, 3 rows of bricks and 4 rows of rubble stones were used on the main walls. The windows of the first row of the mosque are rectangular with deaf pointed arches, stone pillars and the windows of the second row are pointed arches and plaster grids. There are fountains with pointed arches on the south and east facades of the mosque. The southeast corner is beveled. To the northwest is a cut stone minaret with a square base and cylindrical brick. It is covered with a flat wooden ceiling on the inside and a hipped roof on the outside. We recommend the visit in our travel report Round trip Anatolia 2021
