★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odalar ve temizligi gayet yeterli. Otele girer girmez zaten evinizde gibi hissetmeye basliyorsunuz. Resepsiyonda sanirim ismi Beyza hanimdi. Gayet guler yuzlu bir calisandi. Aksam o karsilayip sabah o yolcu etmesine ragmen hala gülumsuyordu. Tum otel calisanlarina tesekkurler.
 Rooms and cleanliness are quite adequate. As soon as you enter the hotel, you already feel like at home. At the reception, I think her name was Beyza. He was a very smiling person. Even though he greeted her in the evening and sent her off in the morning, he was still smiling. Thanks to all hotel staff.

All rooms and common areas are very clean and measures against Covid are implemented.
Reception staff and the car driver were very kind and helpful.
I contacted the sales manager Aysun some days before our trip. She speaks English and she helped us a lot with the organization of our excursions in the surrounding of Kars.
For all these reasons, I strongly recommend Sapran Hote!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is OK...its not near much unless your going to the University. Hotel is nice but aging. Walls are very thin so better be a heavy sleeper. Parking is limited, never got the wifi working.
