Masaya gelen tüm yemekler çok güzeldi, özellikle beğendili ahtapot ve deniz mahsüllü simidi inanılmaz beğendim, yemeden gitmeyin derim. Hatta yemeye fazla odaklandığımız için resmini çekmeyi unuttum, manzarayı da buraya bırakıyorum. Bu arada kokteylleri denemenizi de kesinlikle öneririm, Datça’ya özgü tatlar bulacağınıza eminim! Şimdiden afiyetler olsun??
 I have always been here since it opened, this year its restaurant is also serving and I came right away, I'm glad I came! All the dishes that came to the table were very good, I especially liked the octopus and seafood bagel, I say don't go without eating it. I even forgot to take a picture of it because we focused too much on eating, I leave the view here. In the meantime, I definitely recommend you to try the cocktails, I'm sure you will find Datça-specific flavors! Bon appetit already??

It's a strange place that says it opens with a reservation, but when they want to make a reservation, they say "there is a meeting tonight".

A very pleasant and pleasant place. You can have a pleasant dinner accompanied by the beauty of Datça and then have a drink. In addition to these offerings, the taste and cocktail quality are also quite satisfactory. Price/performance is reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up in Datça for vacation by mistake and it was one of the best i made in my life. Sapphire Roof Bistro was my first choice for dinner, and ended up our main choice. I was welcomed by a team, a family that soon became our friends. The atmosphere is so cozy and the food is exceptional. Service was 15 out of 10 and everybody is speaking English.
The menu fits vegetarians and also meat lovers.
And also the view is amazing, being a rooftop close to the sea.
Thank you for making my experience one of the best in my life!
