Amazing place to be staff is very freindly and helpfull

This is a very beautiful place to spend your vacation. The staff is great and everything is well taken care of. Also, there is a nice spa, everyone should try it at least once. The staff is very welcoming and professional, especially Kubilay, who was very nice and gave me a very good massage. Please avoid Burhan: he is trying to fool the tourists and make them pay their masseur or buy weed.

Friendly staff. Rooms are outdated. But not bad. Everyday cleaning service. Food mostly the same not a lot variety. Pool temperature a little bit to warm. Entertainment is good! A bit far from the centrum. There are not bus connections after 10pm.

As beautiful and clean as this place is, it’s driven off of plastic usage and animal cruelty. There are multiple occasions where you’re almost forced to hold a very poor looking parrot, with its wings pressed down so it won’t be able to fly away or even a reptile, that may I add should be in a steady ground. Both of them are treated as items for tourist pictures and money makers. This is incredibly sad and I’m terrified that this is a) still supported in 2019 and b) still no problem for others. Animal cruelty is NEVER okay. Those animals are being abused for money and it’s disgusting. There are also lots of stray kittens and cats around the hotel itself, which seem to get hardly any support from hotel owners and workers. They’re all very malnourished and desperate for affection. This would be an amazing vacation place, especially for regular visits, if they wouldn’t abuse and harm animals.

We stayed for two weeks as two couples and it was fantastic. We noticed it's very family friendly, they have a lot of activities for kids and the staff are amazing with them. For adults the entertainment is great as well, and the shows in the evenings are varied and of great quality. The best part is everything! The incredibly friendly staff who are always busy trying to make your stay pleasant, the varied and delicious food, the cleanliness in the rooms, hotel and pool and beach, the garden is meticulous and beautiful and the beach is directly close by and lovely. I just wished the people wouldn't block the chairs from morning until evening without even being there. We have been to other hotels but Saphir Resort and Spa was truly relaxing and helped all of us recuperate thoroughly. If you're worried because of Covid, you're required to wear masks in the dining area, they measure your temperature and give out masks everyday. All staff wear masks constantly also at the pool and beach bar, but guests don't outside. So it's up to you. They clean all the time and have desinfectant solution everywhere. All in all best relaxing vacation ever!

Everything was just Perfect for the slow family vacation. There were not so many people yet as it's just the beginning of the season so non-crowded hotel was definitely the biggest plus. The food was good nontheless not so big variety for vegetarians. The Staff is super nice.
