When the officers are extremely rude, not an officer at the beginning of their jobs, you immediately understand which one is. There is no debt, I was kept waiting for an hour for documents .. moreover, when there is no crowd, there is a queue system but it does not work.

It's a scary place even though it's colorfully designed. It's gloomy when I come in. The staff is involved. Especially Nukhet and Dilek Hanım.
