It is a quiet and peaceful place with a sea view, where we stayed for 2 years on the 13th floor when we were a student.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meltem Mahallesindeki güzel sitelerden birisi. Emel Sevgi Taner Ilk Okulunun hemen yanında ferah geniş alana sahip yeşil bahçesi olan bir site. Kendine ait otoparkı olan ama daireleri küçük ve eski olan bir yer. Meltem gibi nezih bir semtte olması avantajı.
One of the beautiful sites in Meltem District. Emel Sevgi Taner is a site with a green garden, right next to the Elementary School. It is a place that has its own parking lot but the apartments are small and old. The advantage of being in a decent neighborhood like Meltem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güzel hoş sakin bir hayat için ideal gözüküyor. Bir arkadaşımızın evinde misafir olduk alıcı gözüyle bakmaya gerek yok bu söylediğim şeylere ek olarak diğerlerinden çok bir farklılık yok ama biraz daha eski olduğudur. Ama bu kötü bir yer anlamına gelmez heryere yakın güzel nezih bir site.
Looks ideal for a nice pleasant quiet life. There is no need to look at the eyes of a friend in a friend's house as a guest, in addition to these things, there is not much difference from others but it is a bit older. But that doesn't mean this is a bad place with a nice decent site close to everywhere.

Tek sorun artık eski bir site
It is very central, easily accessible to every place including the airport, star blocks, three fronts are open, very airy, the park and the school in front are twenty minutes away by walking to the sea.
The only problem is it's an old site now
