 The hotel is very clean and comfortable, the rooms are nice, the staff is friendly, it is a really peaceful and reliable environment. It is a hotel that I can recommend for those going to Urfa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir gece kaldık ve gerceçten korkunç,ilk girdiğimizde dolapta kirli bir havlu ile karşılaştım.3 kisilik oda için sadece 1 terlik vardi ayakkabi ile gezmek zorunda kaldik. Diğer odanın ketıl sesi geliyordu, kahvaltı da sadece ekmek taze idi digerleri bayat. Tavsiye etmiyorum
We stayed for one night and it's really terrible, when we first entered, I encountered a dirty towel in the closet. There was only 1 slipper for the room for 3 people. We had to walk around with shoes. The other room had a dull sound, breakfast was only fresh bread, others were stale. I do not suggest

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very new, six story hotel. Excellent modern rooms, very comfortable, clean, spacious and well appointed. Bathroom very nice with good shower.
Central downtown location, shops and restaurants all around. A walk or taxi ride to the museum and fish ponds.
Staff all helpful and spoke enough English to get by. Breakfast served on top floor, excellent views of Urfa from terrace.
This was booked for us through a local agency as part of a tour. I can't find it on English language booking sites. If staying in Urfa I recommend staying here and booking via email or telephone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was much much better than I expected. If I go back, I would definitely stay there. My room was clean and quite modern looking. My ONLY and major problem was heat. It was boiling hot in the room and no matter what I did, I could not get the fan or ac to work. Breakfast was quite nice. Their pastries and breads were lovely - along with many varieties of cheeses, olives, honey and jams etc.
