(bis her 4x besucht) Kommen wir zum Personal: Alle sehr freundlich + haben ein offenes Ohr für all deine Wünsche. Sie sind ehrlich im Bezug auf die Leistungserwartung. Meine Haare sind sehr dünn und auch nicht dicht, deshalb sind sie sehr zerbrechlich. Als ich Sie mir färben lassen wollte, lehnten Sie dies ab. Sie sagten mir offen und ehrlich, dass Sie es auf Wunsch machen können, aber es zu meinem Gute nicht wollen. - dennoch ein kleiner negativer Faktor: Mein Vorletzter Besuch im Friseurladen war Mitte Juli. Es war von Kunden überfüllt, aber das Personal kam nur langsam hinterher. Als ich Sie darauf Ansprach, erklärten Sie mir, dass Sie aktuell nach dringendem Personal suchen und deshalb die Wartezeit länger beträgt. (Hochsaison- sehr viele Touristen waren da) -> sie geben dennoch mehr als 100% um die Kunden glücklich zu machen -> zu dem ist die Wartezeit für das tolle Ergebnis zu ertragen Letzter Aufenthalt: -Anfang September- Personal wurde aufgestockt, keine Wartezeit, jeder kümmert sich um einen. Wer schöne Haare möchte, dann los✈️ Meine Einzigste bitte: Bitte öffnet in Deutschland auch den Laden? Wegen euch fliege ich teilweise nur für 2 Tage in die Türkei.
