Samsung gibi bir global firmanın böyle müşterisi ile nasıl konuşması gerektiği bilmeyen, müşterisine kötü sözler söyleyen kötü davranan konuşması bilmeyen birine nasıl bayilik vermişler anlamış değilim. Kesinlikle hiç birşey alınmaz zaten her yere de gerekli şikayetlerimi yaptım.
