I don't know my luck, but whatever service I go to, they always get miserable. Every 3-5 days, everybody's device is replaced with parts, mine is longer than 14 days ?? And they do not provide backup devices? galaxy note on the device 9. I send from here to china 14 days shipping. they cannot send parts among themselves yet. I had the lousy phone before the end of the warranty, the microphone was on demand. I took my phone for screen replacement, because time was limited, I said that I had to get it on the same day, otherwise there was no need to do it at all. My friends damaged the motherboard while changing the screen and they want me to pay for all this. The biggest mistake I made was to deliver my phone to this company as the original service. Be you guys, definitely and definitely don't work, I guess this is what it's like to give your hand and lose your arm. PS: Front desk customer service has no numbers other than yelling at 0 people.
