Hicbir şekilde kullanamadığım cihazı 1 saat içinde geri götürüp başka bir cihaz ile değişim yapmalarını istedim fakat imei bilgilerini sisteme işledik, kurulum yaptık deyip başka bir cihazla değişimini kabul etmedikleri gibi , iadeyi hiç kabul etmediler. Yaptıkları şey tabiri caizse ; malımı sattım paramı aldım gerisi beni bağlamaz durumuna geldi . Konu ile alakali samsung genel merkezi aradim bana degisim yapsınlar dedikleri halde yapılmadı. Konu ile alakalı tüketici hakları ve yetkili makamlara şikayetimi yapacağım.bir daha asla samsung un hicbir cihazını eşyasını da evime sokmam
