★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hiç sıra beklemedim. Güleryüzlü bir karşılama oldu. Problemim için çözüm sağlandı. S5e tablet ekranında görüntü problemi vardı. Servis yetkilisi Emine U. hanım cihazı başka bir cihaza bağlayarak ön kontrollerini yaptı. Sağolsun şimdilik sorun yok. Tekrar problem olursa video çekim yapmamı ve seri imei numarasını da video kaydını durdurmadan almamı önerdi. Umarım arıza tekrar etmez. Ama ederse de içim rahat, işini yapan personellerin olduğu, kaliteli bir servisin olduğunu biliyorum.
I never waited in line. There was a friendly welcome. Solution provided for my problem. There was a display problem on the S5e tablet screen. Service representative Emine U. made the pre-checks by connecting the device to another device. Thanks for now, no problem. He suggested that if there is a problem again, I shoot a video and get the serial imei number without stopping the video recording. I hope the fault doesn't repeat. But even if it does, I know that there is a high-quality service with a comfortable staff.

It is so hard to believe that such a global brand has no one that can actually speak English in the whole country.
This is ISTANBUL with millions of people. REALLY ?
I tried calling all the numbers available for official Samsung shops @Samsung and they kept on either shutting the phone or transferring me "Basically getting rid of me"
It is so unfortunate that such a global brand has lousy representatives in Turkey.
They refused to fix my broken screen on my S9+ because they claim they cannot fix devices that are bought outside of Turkey and not registered in the country.
One of the main reasons I got Samsung is because it has a global service.
When I had Apple phone they would fix it anywhere in the world. THAT IS WHAT GLOBAL SERVICE MEANS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad customer service .. i went there now and they just brok my exterior protection screen to see the underneath one and dont accept the garanti ! And didint offer to give me another protection screen! Asked me for 500 tl for the original screen! Very bad i couldnt believe it!
