The refrigerator I bought on September 26th was November 26th and I still haven't received it. The Samsung call center and the KayseriPark Samsung dealer could not find a solution to this situation. I do not want a refund because I can no longer buy the same refrigerator for the same money. I want my product as soon as possible.

It's a place where irresponsible people who don't know about each other work, I asked for a product on the phone, they said we have it in all kinds of colors and unlimited, I came 1 hour later and the lady I met on the phone said we are sorry, there are friends, so the businesses next to her put her in a difficult situation, you don't have a system, you are a disgrace

The place that did not deliver the dishwasher I bought 4 months ago, which I paid for, is officially a scammer, the machine is 7200, it is a business that tries to close the 5300 that I bought.
