My product was taken care of. Motherboard and charge module changed. They took 2/3 of the money. It's working right now. I think they fixed it in 7 days.

Öncelikle profesyonellikten uzaklar.
Bazı yorumcular 5 yıldız vermişler. Açıkçası buna şaştım. Zira servis web sayfasında tabletlere servis verdiğini ifade ediyor. Ancak iletişime geçtiğim de tablet ile ilgili servis vermediklerini hiç hoş olmayan bir şekilde ifade ettiler.
Hangi biri iletişimleri sıfır.
Web sayfalarında iddia ettikleri hizmetleri vermiyorlar.
Bence bu servis ile zaman yitirmeyin...

First of all, they're unprofessional.
Some reviewers have given it 5 stars. Frankly, I'm surprised. Because the service on the web page that serves tablets. However, when I contacted, they said that they did not provide service about the tablet in an unpleasant way.

They do not provide the services they claim on their web pages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her zamanki gibi sürekli sorun. Yeni Samsung cep telefonu almaktan soğutuyorlar. İlk gittiğimde anlatmama rağmen saatinin sorununu bulamadılar ikincide ise nereye koyduklarını unutmuşlar saatin gelmesini yarım saat bekledim. Ama hiç gelişme yok değil pandemiye iyi ayak uydurmuşlar onda başarılılar.
Continuous problem as always. They are chilling from buying new Samsung mobile phones. The first time I went there, although I told them, they could not find the problem with the watch, and the second time they forgot where they put it, I waited half an hour for the clock to arrive. But there is no improvement; they have adapted well to the pandemic and are successful in it.
