Note: Do not forget to bring the device invoice with you and if your device was purchased outside Turkey don't hope for help, good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are very polite and will help you as much as they can. The only problem was my phones usb stopped working after one year and I thought by warranty they will replace the phone but they've just replaced the usb module which I assume is the Samsung policy

I just needed a new battery for my phone ! But they kept it for a week and after a week they said they needed the company to send the battery and they didnt know how long it took!!!!!
I had to take my phone back after 3 times going there and waiting for hours!
The staff seemed to be polite anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My phone is being repaired for more than a month. Too bad. Visitors should wait for their turn outside, but there is no sit there. Even a café nearby sells 0,5ml water for twice of the normal places. I don't recommend to visit there for any phone repair. Guys on duty are very rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service. Gave my Samsung s21 to change touch screen, they told me that have all parts and change today. In the evening come back and find out that my touch screen need to order. I spend all day with doughter and wife, pay taxi from/to Fatih but my problem is not solve.
