Birisi ilgili müşteri memnuniyetini önemseyen soruları dinleyerek ve anlayarak cevap veren diğeriyse dinlemeden anlamadan kafasındakini sürekli tekrar eden, almak istediğim ürün için "DENEYELIM ABI OLUNCA ALACAK MISIN?" sorusunu sorduran şey nedir? Tabiki alacağım yoksa neden deneyeceğim ki? Cevabını da verebilirdim ama müşteri olarak tabiki nazik olmam gerekir. Bu iki farklı satış temsilcisini işe alan kişi aynı mı? YOKSA SAMSUNG MÜŞTERİ TEMSİLCİLERİNİ SEÇERKEN ANCAK BU KADAR "KURUMSAL" MI DAVRANABİLİYOR.
The difference between two employees can probably be this obvious in a workplace. One of them cares about customer satisfaction and answers the questions by listening and understanding, and the other one repeats what is in his mind without listening and understanding, for the product I want to buy. What is it that makes you ask the question? Of course I will, otherwise why would I try? I could have given the answer, but as a customer, of course, I have to be polite. Is it the same person who hired these two different sales reps? OR, SAMSUNG CAN BECOME SO "CORPORATE" IN CHOOSING ITS CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES.
