I am writing today to complain about the poor service I received from your company on December 3, 2020. I visited a representative of That Company, Mrs. Deceiver, at your store on that day.
Mrs. Deceiver got to wait for me for more than one hour allegedly receiving SMS from her managers. I got there and told them my unpleasant about the product they sold me just twenty-four hours not passed with my seven-year-old boy in those bad days of the pandemic. I repeatedly tried to ask your employee about the crop that was of interest to me, but she refused to deal with my questions. We ended our meeting after one hour without either of us having accomplished anything. I am most annoyed that I wasted an afternoon waiting for that nonsense SMS messages from managers. I think there is no type of any messages anywhere. Just not taking care of valuable customers. I hope this is not the way That a respectful Company wishes to aim business with valued customers—I have been with you since I started to buy electronic devices and I have never encountered such treatment before. I have still three different products from your trademark. A laundry machine, a tablet, and a mobile phone. I would accept the opportunity to talk about your matters further and to understand how you suggest preventing a similar situation from recurring. I look forward to hearing from you.
