I made an agreement with a person named Mr. Serkan as Atakum, delivery place is Çarşamba airport. With the date of July 31st, we met with Mr. Serkan again because I asked if we could get the car the day before and he asked me if the person who rented this car was familiar before me and he told me that they would inform me on August 3, but we should pick up the car from the city center. I only received the following message on 3 August; "Your reserve has been canceled because the customer wanted to extend the vehicle for your information" !! Only this! What is this now? What a simplicity! What does it mean to send your customer, who trusts you and made a deal with you, an unrelated cancellation message three days in advance? How shameful and disrespectful !! I conveyed to them that we were victims, but I could not get any answer. Such a service cannot be such a service!
