It was very clean but don't expect home comforts

I didn't like it because it is not a place to stay as a family, we were a group of 12 people, we rented 2 flats, there are 3 pillows in each room, we asked for them from the reception, they couldn't provide bloody sheets from every corner of the room, even though I put them on the door, they weren't taken for 3 days. Cleanliness and hygiene are terrible. We were going to check in at 1 pm. We made a reservation a week ago. Even though we went late, the rooms were still not prepared, although I called two hours before we left, because the rooms were also apart, there was no kitchen utensils, but there was a kettle, the seats were invisible from stains and dirt for clothes. There is neither a closet nor a hanger, no washing machine.

We were going to enter the room at 13:00, we waited for it to be cleaned for 1.30 hours. Despite this, 3 bloody sheets came out from the edge of the sofa and beds. We booked 2 apartments for 10 people. 6 pillows were given, even though we asked for pillows, we were told that there is no pillow. No place to do laundry. There are no closets to put clothes. Sockets, television, most importantly, the air conditioner does not work. The bathroom is unbelievably filthy. We were able to use it after putting on a layer of mask and cleaning it again. Although there should be kitchen utensils as an apartment, there was nothing. We were able to bring a tube by force. The only good thing is the courteous behavior of the receptionist.
