Hikayemiz

ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ 1962 yılında Galip ve Necati Tokgöz kardeşler tarafından Beyoğlu Balıkpazarında küçük bir işletme olarak faaliyete başlamıştır. Zamanla bu küçük işletme herhangi bir tanıtım ve reklam yapmamasına rağmen dilden dile bir şehir efsanesi olarak önce İstanbul sonra tüm Türkiye de kokoreç denilince akla gelen ilk isim olayı başarmıştır.

ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ, markalaşma yolunda ilk adımını 1994 yılında ismini tescil ettirerek atmıştır. 1995 yılından itibaren ŞAMPİYON KOKOREÇ, lezzetlerini tüm İstanbullulara sunmak adına aile kendi işletmelerini açarak şubeleşmeye başlamıştır. Yoğun bayilik taleplerinden sonra 2000 yılından itibaren franchisingler verilerek şubeleşmeye ve markalaşmaya devam edilmiştir.

Tüm üretim ve lojistik departmanlarını Avrupa standartlarına uygun hale getirmiştir. Şu anda tüm Türkiye ye üretimden müşterilerimizin masasına gelene kadar bütün ürünlerimiz soğuk zincir ile hijyen ve gıda güvenliğine uygun bir şekilde sevk edilmektedir.

O	Omer Kantarcioglu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerçekten şahane bir yer. Geçen gün gittim. Kokoreç yedim ve kelle paça içtim. İkisi de çok lezzetliydi. Kokoreç tüm 22 ₺ yarım 17 ₺. Kelle paça 18 ₺. Fiyatlar normal gibi. Ama gerçekten lezzetli. Çorbanin yanında yeşillik sarımsak suyu ve sumak suyu geliyor. Yemeğin ardından çay ikramlari var. Kesinlikle tekrardan gitmeyi düşünüyorum. It really is a wonderful place. I went the other day. I ate kokorec and drank head and feet. Both of them were delicious. Kokoreç whole 22 ₺ half 17 ₺. Head trotter 18 ₺. Prices are like normal. But it is really tasty. Next to the soup comes green garlic juice and sumac juice. After the meal, there are tea treats. I am definitely thinking of going again.

It is one of the only places I visit as a family every time we come to Ankara. I am very satisfied with the service from the employees. The headband is gorgeous. Kokorec mussels are great. It's always our only place. There is always room for driving. Only treat tea burnt dessert. So much so we can say and return to our home with the taste of our mouth ? Thank you.

Çorba soğuk dediğimiz de de işletmesinin cevabı ilginçti '' çorba da sorun var '' nasıl bir sorun çorba ısınmak mı istemedi.. Bir daha asla gitmem sıradan çorba Beykoz u tek geçerim... In fact, it doesn't even deserve one star.. We said we should have soup on Friday evening, we asked for tripe soup around 23:00.. The soup came cold.. When we said the soup was cold, the response of the company was interesting. I will never go again, I will pass the ordinary soup Beykoz alone...

Kelle paçası iyi olduğu kadar kokoreç bir o kadar lezzetsiz ve kokuyor. Midyesi güzeldi. Sadece kelle paça için her gün gidilir. The headband is legendary. So if you feel sick, go straight to the vinegar, throw the garlic, drink this soup, you will come back to yourself the next day. While the head trotter is good, kokoreç is just as tasteless and smelly. His mussels were good. You go every day just for the head trotter.
